Detailed consultation and inspection: One of our professional stagers will come out to your home, meet with you, walk through the home with you, make notes, take photos, ask questions, look around and take some measurements.  From that information, a detailed report will be generated, that is specific to your home and it's needs.  You will be given the report to work from, to decide how much of the task you want to take on and how much you would rather leave to Blue Skyz.  You will also be given an estimate on the fees involved in retaining Blue Skyz to do the work, listed on the report.

Home Staging, Cleaning and Organizing: Once a decision is made about the scope of the project, work begins.  A schedule will be set up and the transformation takes place!  Whether you are just getting ready to sell your home or if it is already on the market, it is always  a good idea to have Blue Skyz come out to give a thorough and objective evaluation!

On your own: Clear away yard debris and mow the lawn! If a buyer can't easily get in and out of your home, it won't sell.  Make sure the home looks like it has been well maintained.  No one wants to move into a house when they have to worry about it having been taken care of properly by a previous owner. Take advantage of nature's light! Try to encourage showings in bright, daytime hours.  Open the curtains or blinds and let the light shine in. Get the windows washed! Professional window washers can really do an amazing job on changing the appearance of your home.  The bright winter sun can really reveal dirty or grimy windows to a severe disadvantage.

Available Services: Custom floral arrangements can be created as necessary, for any room in the house.   We can help you secure services from trained professionals, such as electricians, remodelers, plumbers and carpet installers to perform tasks outside the scope of Blue Skyz expertise.   We provide you with proprietary marketing products and ideas to help the buyer remember your house favorably.  At the end of a long day of house hunting, you want them to REMEMBER yours!
